Erica began her professional career in auto insurance claims and customer service. After taking time off as a stay-at-home mom, she transitioned into the financial services industry, where she worked for 10 years before joining the Penwell Insurance Agency.

She has a passion for anything creative, with a particular interest in real estate, home design, and interior decorating. She is also a huge animal lover, and her greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband, their college-aged kids, and three rescue dogs.
